Register today and learn how to install solar from qualified instructors with extensive experience installing residential and commercial PV systems. This two-day course covers the fundamentals of the design and installation of residential and commercial photovoltaic grid-tied systems. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course and earn 16 hours of formal cumulative training towards the PV Installer Certification exam requirement administered by NABCEP.

- Photovoltaic and grid-tie systems
- The basics of electricity for PV
- How to size and design a PV system
- PV modules, inverters and racking systems
- How to handle permitting and state and federal rebates
- System maintenance and troubleshooting
Note: Students who take Course #300 and wish to continue on with the hands-on training can enroll in the last three days of Course #500 PV Design and Installation Certification Course at a cost of $1,500. Please call for details.

How much: The fee is $325 per person. The fee includes two full days of instruction and materials.
